Non-Exclusive Licensing
A non-exclusive license grants you the right to use my pattern designs on your products within a specific category. This license is non-exclusive, meaning that the design can also be licensed
to other brands globally, across any category.
I retain the right to sell or license the design to others at my discretion. The license is valid for a set term and at the end of this term, you may choose to renew your license or allow it to expire. All rights to the design remain with me.

Exclusive Licensing
An exclusive license grants you rights to the design within the specified category for the agreed-upon term. During this period, you are the only brand that will be licensing the design and you may not sell or share it with others. I retain full ownership and all rights to the design.
If you see a design of mine that you love exactly the way it is, you may license the design for a one-off fee. You must agree to the licensing agreement and answer a few questions about how you intend to use the print before going forward to the next step. If you need any adjustments to the print design, such as colour changes, a fee of $75 + GST per hour will apply.
